Young Adult Therapy

Young adults are faced with frequent transitions and life choices that are often confusing and stressful. This is a time where relationships are crucial and individuals are defining their life goals, expectations and individuality.

Therapy considers the whole person (mental, physical, emotional) and takes note of his/her unique strengths. It involves identifying and working on furthering individual strengths, growth areas, and coping skills.  Simultaneously, therapy focuses on reducing stress or difficulties that can get in the way of personal, social, and/or professional success.

Our focus is on supportive compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy treatments   that are helpful to individuals with developmental concerns as well as a wide range of problems such as stress, anxiety, depression, habits, attentional and behavioral problems, parent-child conflicts, couple conflicts, and more.
