Dr. Cimring is committed to the confidential and ethical treatment of clients.

Insurance Information:

 

Dr. Cimring at Tri-State Psychological Services, LLC is an out-of network provider.  She does contract directly with insurance companies, but many people find that her services are covered through their out-of-network benefits.  Full payment is made to Tri-State Psychological Services, LLC at the time of service. Clients are provided with a statement that can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement.

 

It is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to your initial appointment with Dr. Cimring, so that you are aware of your coverage.  If you require support with this process please contact the office.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to ensure the ability to provide timely appointments, Dr. Cimring at Tri-State Psychological Services, , LLC has a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Any cancellations that are provided 24-hours prior to the appointment time will not be charged.  In the event that a client does not provide notice or cancels with less than 24-hours notice, the full fee will be charged.  Please note: health insurance companies do not cover payments for missed appointments; therefore, you will not receive reimbursement for a missed appointment.
